These General Conditions regulate access to content and all services and products offered by MPC through the Web, as well as their use by users. In this sense, User shall be understood as the person who accesses, browses, uses, or participates in the services and activities, free or onerous, developed on the Web.

You may use the information that is available on the MPC site for personal use only and may not use it for commercial use, unless otherwise indicated. For any use for commercial purposes (e.g., reproduction), you must obtain prior permission from MPC and sign an agreement. Any attempt to change the information or any other action that may damage or endanger the integrity of the site is strictly prohibited.

The User undertakes not to publish any comment that could contravene the aspects indicated in the previous section and will be exclusively responsible for the comments he/she publish, as well as for his/her interactions with the rest of the users. MPC reserves the right to refuse to publish or remove any comment or content that could violate the provisions of the General Conditions.

If the User sends information of any kind to MPC through the forms on the Website, the User declares, warrants, and agrees that he/she has the right to do so freely, that such information does not infringe any intellectual property right, trademark, patent, trade secret, or any other third party right, that such information is not confidential and that such information is not harmful to third parties. The Website is governed by Australian law and by national and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

All Intellectual and Industrial Property rights on the content and/or services are reserved and, in particular, it is forbidden to modify, copy, reproduce, publicly communicate, transform or distribute in any way all or part of the content and/or service included on the Web, for public or commercial purposes, without the prior, express written permission of MPC or, where appropriate, the owner of the corresponding rights.

MPC website may contain links to third-party websites. MPC is not responsible for the content of the linked websites. The risks arising from the use of these sites are at the user’s own risk.

If Users become aware of illegal activities on these third-party websites, they must immediately notify MPC in order to disable the link to these websites.

MPC is the owner of this website and, unless otherwise indicated, of all content included in it. Consequently, MPC does not guarantee and is not responsible for:

Conflict resolution

For conflicts of interpretation and execution arising from the use of the Website, current Australian legislation and the Courts shall be applicable, provided that the regulations in force for this purpose foresee the possibility that the parties may submit to a specific jurisdiction.

General

The headings of the different clauses are for information purposes only, and shall not affect, qualify, or extend the interpretation of the General Conditions.

In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of these General Conditions and the Specific Conditions of each specific service, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.

In the event that any provision or provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal or competent administrative body, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions.

The failure of MPC to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by MPC.
